Statutory Consolidation

As organizations grow, financial consolidations become increasingly challenging.  The bulk of the hours are solely spent on collecting data and closing the books. That, leads to challenging situations like not being able to easily report on the data due to the lack of reporting capabilities, not being in compliance with GAAP or IFRS.

Using fit-to-purpose consolidation tools we automate the overall consolidation process starting from data collection and control, through the IC Elimination and reconciliation, up to final financial statements
